Instructor: Kashifa Sohail, http://WWW.KASHART.COM
She has gained her Oil Painting expertise from Alberta University, Fine Art Extension Program. Her instruction style has inspired by her favorite teachers. In her work she enjoys the instrumentation of brush work and mark making experiences. She tries to bring together all the elements in composition for the movement of the eye across the picture plane. Her strengths are in her formal presentation of subject matter, paint application, and use of paint to describe virtual textures of a subject’s surface.
She has awarded active affiliations with The Federation of Canadian Artists and Riverview Artists. Her works has participated in numerous juried art shows and can be found worldwide.
Then again, the opposite could be true. – I once spent a year in Philadelphia, I think it was on a Sunday. – W.C.Filelds 1880-1957
We’re looking for one of those classes where everybody in the class paints the same thing as instructed by the teacher. The teacher explains each step, but everybody’s painting winds up looking a little different. Do you know where I can find this? Thanks.
